  • HOUSE FOR SALE

Got formal written notice over the weekend that our renter is vacating the end of June. So that means we have to get the house inspected and spruced back up from 700 miles away. This time instead of renting it, we're hoping to sell it by offering owner financing. It is in the most desirable school district in that area, so hopefully it will move by the time school starts back up.

    House After

Praying and believing that God will send the right family our way that needs a little house. We know He can because we had this renter 2 days after we decided to move to West Texas. God's arm is not short!

  • His arms are long and His pockets are deep!!!  He also has a network of people that far exceeds my imagination (of which I have a pretty good imagination).  It will all work out in His time!

  • If it's in Arkansas (Pine Bluff/Little Rock area), if Dave and/or I find an amazing job opportunity, then maybe we'll take it. ;)

  • @dakabn - It is just up the street from where Fair Haven was. Are y'all seriously considering moving to AR?

  • Praying God supplies the perfect buyer.  He's in time, on time, all the time.

  • I am. He's ok with the idea. Just the job situation... Amber (Jones) Barrier told me about a place her husband works and it seems a perfect place for Dave, but they have no openings. Not to mention he'd have to get some sort of visa or green card. Also depends how much you're selling it for vs how much the new income is.

And do you have Twitter? The way you replied is so twitter-fied. ;)

  • @dakabn - Nope. Don't have twitter. We REALLY need to sell it before school starts in the fall, so this may be too soon for you. Message me anytime for more details.

  • Ahhh! One of these days timing for us will work out! If Ben wasn't on unemployment I would want to know how soon we could move in! YUCK! I would so love for the girls to have their own spaces. They have shared a room since they were born.

Well maybe next time *sigh* :o (

  • @RebeccasPortfolio - One reason we're willing to sell it on contract is to help someone who might have a hard time getting a traditional loan into a house. That's how we afforded our first house in Arkansas. (Remember where we used to have ladies Bible Study?) And in THAT case our payment ended up being LESS than rent was gonna be.
